The consumption and production of chewing gum (gum) has reached a very large sectoral size. Although many different types of chewing gum are produced, the gum raw material (pulp) and yeast remain the same.
Gum Yeast is the substance that gives chewing gum its “chewing” property and consists of elastomers, resins, oils and emulsifiers. By bringing these substances together, gum yeast is known as the most important raw material for producing gum. The structure, chewing and balloon-making properties of chewing gum depend on the gum yeast and the quality of the raw materials used directly.
The two most important resin types used in the production of gum yeast are resin ester (Glycerol ester) and Hydrogenated resin esters. The resin esters contained in the content of gum yeast have two main functions, the first is that they are mastication agents, and the second is that they act as binding agents between elastomers and Decongestants.
Our resin esters, also known as food substance esters, are as follows;
RESIESTER 90;
RESIN GUM A is a glycerol ester obtained by deodorization of Gum rosine (Colophon Resin).
Our RESIESTER GUM A product is specially manufactured for use in the processing and formulation of various natural and synthetic products such as gum yeast, beverage concentrates, adhesives, ink and protective coating compositions.Resiester 90 is manufactured in accordance with the Food Chemical Codex.It is certified Kosher.
POLYESTER GUM A is soluble in aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, esters and higher alcohols. It is insoluble in water.
RESIESTER NA
RESIN GUM is also a glycerol ester obtained by Polymerization and Deodorization of Gum rosin (Colophon Resin).
RESIESTER GUM is also specially manufactured for use in the processing and formulation of various natural and synthetic products such as gum yeast, beverage concentrates, adhesives, ink and protective coating compositions.Resiester 90 is manufactured in accordance with the Food Chemical Codex.
POLYESTER GUM is ALSO soluble in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, esters and high alcohols. It is partially soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is insoluble in water.
